About Elisa Gomez
Elisa Gomez (b. 1986) is a painter focusing on landscape through the lens of abstract expressionism. Her bright, floral palettes are often at odds with her chosen texture and gesture, resulting in works that create space through spontaneous and chance encounters. Gomez has traveled the country in a van twice to gain perspective and focus on the world around us while simultaneously finding inspiration from nature. She loves to use her unconventional practice to connect with all communities and is always looking for ways to engage with her art. She has participated in a several residencies, including the Denver Art Museum and Breckenridge Creative Arts, and has experience with both indoor and outdoor murals of all sizes.

Gomez received her BFA from the University of Utah in 2010 and her Masters in 2020 and has Gallery representation through Uprise Art, NY.
